What is WACapture?
WACapture helps small businesses capture enquiries from smart WhatsApp links and QR codes, track follow-ups and quote progress, and record which opportunities turned into work.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Customers open the form in a browser and can continue to WhatsApp after submitting their request.
Does WACapture work with my WhatsApp number?
Yes. Smart links open WhatsApp using your configured number. WACapture does not synchronize your chats or send messages automatically.
Does WACapture create and share quotes?
Yes. Create a PDF quote with your logo and chosen VAT rates, then share a reserved page through a prepared WhatsApp message. The customer can accept or decline. You review and send the message in WhatsApp.
Can I track conversions per source?
Yes. Links track their sources; you can also record quote outcomes manually, so reported wins are clearly distinct from clicks or verified payments.
Can I try WACapture before paying?
Yes. The interactive demo works without registration and uses sample data. Real workspaces require a paid subscription.
